Not just hard to do, but it can feel uncomfortable. I’m here to participate in those tough conversations and negotiate fearlessly on your behalf to get your home sold for the best price.
3. Marketing is more than MLS.
To get the most for your home, you need as many buyers interested as possible. Exposure and promotion on Zillow, RAH website, realtor.ca and list globally will help give your property the reach it needs to get sold. In addition, I'll be marketing your property on Social Media, targeted 24hr online Ads, Print ads and using the For Sale sign, just listed cards and cutting edge photography to show your home in its best light.
4. Legalities and Showings.
There’s a lot more that goes into the Legal fine print when it comes to home sales than you might think. I’ll be up to date and on top of all paperwork and showings to sell your home for the best price in the fastest time, with no legal surprises. After all – you’ve got a life to live! In addition, we'll offer buyers the option to view a Virtual Tour, a behind-the-scenes, online look at your home and neighborhood.
